In shooting sports you don't have to buy a beautiful piece of furniture, spending thousands of dollars, to go out and have fun. "Ugly" guns can do you proud too. Shooting sports can be affordable and fun even in Illinois.

Zen and the Art of Gun Safety
No actual Zen (though it sounded good, right?). Just the importance of gun safety. I think I may have posted this before, but I have it "favorited" on YouTube. With my experience today (thanking God for no accident and no details because I don't want to embarrass anyone), having become an NRA certified RSO (Range Safety Officer for the uninitiated), and the Shooting Sports Committee chair at Sandwich Sportsman's Club (come on out!) I thought it would be appropriate to post again. Please, please, please watch this great video produced by the NSSF. It's true of indoor and outdoor ranges.
